Bootcamp – An intense multi-implement style class incorporating high and low intensity movements, plyometrics, and elements from several training disciplines that is perfect for any fitness level. Our coaches are fantastic at ensuring you’ll work at the appropriate level. Prepare to sweat and push yourself to the next level!
Zumba – Features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy, effective and totally exhilarating!
Spin – Jump on one of our bikes and start peddling! These classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level.
Pilates – Core conditioning focusing primarily on strengthening the back and abdominal muscles.
TRX – Suspension training is the original, best-in-class workout that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Great for all levels.
Power Hour – Every class is something different and you never know what you’re going to get because it is a surprise every time! With high & low intensity movements, step, sculpting, or a little bit of everything, you’ll get a great workout for an entire hour.
Yoga – For those who have never tried yoga before as well as more seasoned participants. Beginners will be introduced to the basic principles of yoga and begin to strengthen the mind and body. More advanced participants will also find a great strengthening workout with instructor led modifications.
Functional Fitness – A strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weightlifting.
