Bootcamp – An intense multi-implement style class incorporating high and low intensity movements, plyometrics, and elements from several training disciplines that is perfect for any fitness level. Spin – Jump on one of our bikes and start peddling! These classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. Ab Blast- Core conditioning focusing primarily on strengthening the back and abdominal muscles.
TRX – Suspension training is the original, best-in-class workout that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises.
