Bootcamp – An intense multi-implement style class incorporating high and low-intensity movements, plyometrics, and elements from several training disciplines that is perfect for any fitness level. Zumba – Features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy, effective and totally exhilarating!
Spin – Jump on one of our bikes and start peddling! These classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level.
Ab Blast- Core conditioning focusing primarily on strengthening the back and abdominal muscles.
TRX – Suspension training is the original, best-in-class workout that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Great for all levels.
Functional Fitness – A strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weightlifting.
